In a color healing session, you choose the condition or symptoms you wish to focus on, whether reducing pain, healing an injury, improving mobility, etc. Barb guides you through the process of choosing colors most likely to benefit you, then applies each color vibration to rebalance your physical and energy bodies to address the symptoms or condition. You can receive the colors via gentle touch or no touch, whichever you prefer; they are equally effective.

In addition to relief of symptoms, clients report experiencing greater mental clarity, receiving insights and inspiration, and feeling peaceful and calm. While no specific results are guaranteed, the benefits of color healing are real and unique to each client’s experience. One client reported: “It accomplished what physical therapy and cortisone shots could not do. I know that it (also) helped me to find the courage to make the decision to retire and to trust my intuition and to listen to the whispers of knowing that guide me.”

Each session takes 45-55 minutes and can be done in person or remotely.

In-person sessions: Tuesdays, 5pm – 8pm

Remote sessions: available by appointment via Zoom.
